AGREEMENT TO OUR REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Invira Health. We value your trust and are committed to providing exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services and products. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms described below. Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds for subscriptions within **7 days** of the initial purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@invirahealth.com. Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
Usage Clause
Refund eligibility is subject to review of account activity. Accounts with usage involving communications, automations, Dentrix integration fees, or similar activities may have prorated refunds or may be deemed ineligible for a refund based on the level of service utilized.
Free Trial Eligibility
Users who have entered into a free trial and subsequently transitioned into a paid subscription are **not eligible** for another free trial. Additionally, refunds will **not be issued** for the billing cycle in which the free trial occurred. Free trials are limited to one per user account.
Communications Credit Purchases
All purchases of communications credits are **nonrefundable**. By purchasing communications credits, you acknowledge and agree that these credits cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
